Challenge

This property and specialty lines carrier was struggling with the integration of an acquisition with very different underwriting processes and IT systems. Senior management was faced with disagreement about the best solution to adopt. The company then turned to us for an objective assessment and recommendations on processes, staffing structure and IT tools.
